I'm afraid you won't find anything better than that, unless a lot of people decide to revive the project and fix it (or fork it and go on from there). Without a properly developed core, no stable server or repack can exist. After being caught he admitted it and removed it, but I wouldn't trust him to not do it again, when less people are watching.ĪshamaneCore (the core on which the repack is based) is the one I found with the most stuff working, it's still broken a lot though and the project has been dead for 2 years. Can any of you more knowledgeable folk let me know if there are any options out there, and if so, which one is best for my needs? Or is the very notion of a stable Legion repack simply a fantasy pipe dream that will never come to reality?Ī word of caution on using the single player project that has been suggested to you: if you read through the thread you'll see the poster put a cryptominer in the repack. I'm mainly interested in two things in particular which motivate me to want such a repack: Access to GM commands for spawning in items and whatnot, and because I'd like to relax with some solo questing/leveling play (which is why I'd rather not join an existing Legion server).
I have absolutely no skills (aside from very limited experience with Jeuties' 3.3.5a Blizzlike repack) which would allow me to reliably compile my own repack from scratch, and the download links I found in my searches are either 404'd, suspicious, locked behind arbitrary forum restrictions to access, or some combination of the three.
I've been hoping to go back and enjoy the experience again, but unfortunately, my search for a stable 7.3.5 repack seems to be getting nowhere. Legion is probably my most favorite expansion in the post-Cata era of WoW, and a lot of things about it were pretty fun to play around with.
